Safeguarding Adults Level 3

This Level 3 Safeguarding Adults training has been created for those who require knowledge at a practitioner’s level, and has been designed to help increase learners’ confidence when it comes to practitioner level and is designed to help increase learners’ confidence when handling or reporting abuse to the appropriate authorities. It will also help ensure learners are fully versed in the Care Act 2014, and understand what actions should be taken fromthe actions that should be taken under the current legislation. Using immersive real-world examples of safeguarding cases at both local and national contexts, you’ll receive a hands-on training experience to help identify and prevent potential cases of abuse and neglect. An up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding processes is a statutory requirement for anybody who will be working with vulnerable adults in their role. Our Level 3 Safeguarding Adults training course is essential for nurses, doctors, police, social workers, and many more roles who are likely to encounter safeguarding processes in the workplace. What level of safeguarding training do I need? A Safeguarding Adults Level 3 course covers a range of topics, from multi-agency working and appropriate recording of safeguarding concerns to identifying potential abuse symptoms and reducing the likelihood of an incident. Testing and certification At the end of the course, there is a test consisting of 15 multiple choice questions, for which a pass mark of at least 75% is required. Learners can have as many attempts at the test as is needed at no extra cost. After achieving a pass mark of 75%, learners will be able to download and print a CPD approved Virtual College Level 3 Safeguarding Adults certificate for their records. Course duration The Safeguarding Adults Level 3 training course should take 2-3 hours to complete, but this depends on how quickly you absorb the training material. Progress is recorded throughout by the Virtual College Learning Management System, meaning you can take as long as you need to work your way through the course. Entry requirements There are no specific entry requirements for this Safeguarding Adults Level 3 course.
