Open the battery compartment on the hearing amplifier as shown. Remove the protective film from the button cell battery included in delivery (type 13/PR48) and insert the battery into the battery compartment as shown after 10 to 15 minutes. When inserting the battery, ensure that the correct polarity (+/-) is observed. Close the battery compartment again. Now connect your desired earplug to the earpiece. Make sure the volume control is initially set to the lowest setting before operating the hearing amplifier.
