How to Use Check the Controller Direction Before attaching make sure the power button and display are facing outward and visible. Attach the Power Support Magnet (Important) Align the controller with the magnetic power support on the band. Important: Ensure the power button is positioned on the shorter side of the band. If attached the other way round the red light therapy will not work. Connect the Charging Port Position the charging port correctly into the strap opening and secure it using the finger ring for stability. Secure the Magnetic Buckles Adjust the band around your wrist and align the magnetic buckles until they snap firmly into place. Power On & Adjust Settings Press the power button to turn on the device and select your preferred heat vibration or light settings.
