Specifically formulated for natural stone and other outdoor masonry, this alkaline-based cleaner removes dirt, grime, algae, lichen, and persistent black spot deposits. Application involves pre-cleaning loose debris and wearing appropriate safety gear (gloves, eyewear, mask, clothing). Use neat or diluted 1:1 with water, test a small area first to determine optimal dilution and dwell time. Apply via sprayer or watering can (or directly from the container). Maintain a wet surface for at least two hours, misting as needed. Agitate stubborn areas with a brush. After two to four hours (or up to eight hours for heavy soiling), rinse thoroughly with water, followed by power washing for best results. Avoid contact with vegetation, rinse affected areas immediately. May slightly lighten some surfaces, always test in an inconspicuous area.
