Polycell 3-in-1 Basecoat 5L

Polycell 3-in-1 Basecoat is a high quality undercoat that provides a great foundation for decorating. The basecoat is specially formulated to fill and cover hairline cracks, strains and strong colours, helping to prevent them showing through. The paint provides excellent adhesion for further coats and is suitable for indoor plaster, plasterboard and painted masonry surfaces.
