Jessica Fusion - Base Coat for Peeling Nails 14.8ml

Fusion Base Coat by Jessica has been formulated with Vitamin A to strengthen and improve the condition of nails that are prone to peeling. Fusion bonds the delicate layers by using rubberised resins while vitamins A and D strengthen and condition nails for stronger growth. By fusing delicate layers of the nail back together again, it provides a great base for nail colour.
