These numerous trips to Greece inspired Philosykos, literally friend of the fig tree in homage to Plato, who believed that this plant had the power to strengthen intelligence. Along the paths that led to the sea a clearing strewn with wild fig trees and all around the spread of the scent of their fruits: this is how Philosykos was born, a memory of the sunny Greek summers.
