Ingredients Usage How to use Vagisil ProHydrate Internal Hydrating Gel 6 x 5g Remove the applicator from the sealed wrapper without removing the end. Hold the applicator firmly by the tube, shake down to ensure contents are at the thin end. Twist off the end and discard. Use immediately after opening. While sitting or lying down, gently insert the entire thin end of the applicator into the vagina. Squeeze the tube of the applicator firmly to deposit gel into the vagina. Discard the applicator after use. If needed, for greater comfort, gently expel a small amount of gel from the applicator before use to lubricate the tip. Use no more than once every 3 days.
