Heavy periods are if you bleed through your clothes or onto bedding flooding if you change your sanitary protection every 2 hours or more often If you need to use double your sanitary protection if you pass large blood clots If your periods prevent you from doing normal activities. Regular periods are when the number of days between the 1st day of one period and the 1st day of the next period is between 21 to 35 days and your menstrual cycle is about the same number of days each time.
