Gently apply pressure and perform upward and outward strokes on the skin; lift the roller at the end of each stroke and begin again. Start from the chin and jawline, rolling outwards towards the ear lobes. Roll from the nose across the cheek bones towards the top of the ear for cheeks. For the under-eye area, use the smaller end of the roller to gently roll outwards towards the temple.
