Grown in the UK on dedicated Christmas tree farms, each tree has been meticulously pruned, shaped, and cared for over 12-14 years.Prior to handling your tree, we recommend wearing garden gloves and long sleeves, as the needles may cause mild skin irritation. Your tree should arrive with vibrant green needles (no browning), abundant foliage on all branches, a classic conical shape, a straight leader, and free from weeds or debris.While some needle drop is natural, the Nordmann Fir excels in retaining its needles. Upon delivery, please inspect your tree to ensure it meets the quality standards described above. To prolong its life, keep it away from direct heat sources like radiators or log burners and open fires and water it regularly, treating it like a cut flower.Top tip: Before purchasing, always measure your space to ensure the tree fits comfortably, considering both height and width. A Nordmann Fir can reach 1-1.5 metres in width at the base once unfurled. You can trim the tree to fit your space if needed.Please remember that each Christmas tree is unique due to its seed-grown nature. While we strive for perfection, slight variations in shape and appearance are to be expected. Note that tree sizes are approximate.Live trees are exempt from Distance Selling regulations as a living product. We can only manage queries for missing, faulty or damaged trees. If there is an issue with the tree you will need to dispose of the tree, as our carrier cannot collect from a domestic location. All of our live trees are exempt from our standard returns policy.Once an order has been received, we cannot accept cancellations.
