To keep your tree fresh, avoid placing it near direct heat sources like radiators, log burners, or open fires, and remember to water it regularly, treating it like a cut flower.When choosing your tree, consider both the height and width of your space, as a de-netted Nordman Fir can span approximately 1-1.5 metres at the base. Trimming is always an option to achieve the perfect fit. Should you have any issues with your tree or its delivery, please contact us via email with your order details, a brief description of the problem, and a photograph. Live trees are exempt from Distance Selling regulations as a living product. We can only manage queries for missing, faulty or damaged trees. If there is an issue with the tree you will need to dispose of the tree, as our carrier cannot collect from a domestic location. All of our live trees are exempt from our standard returns policy.Cancellations**.Once an order has been received, we cannot accept cancellations. Our supplier's farm will pick, pack, and process a tree before we are able to mark the order as dispatched. Therefore, if you have a concern on your order, please contact the customer services team.
