Grown here in the UK on dedicated Christmas tree farms, each tree has been carefully pruned, shaped, and protected for 12-14 years.Before handling your tree, we recommend wearing garden gloves and long sleeves to avoid any mild skin reactions from the needles. The tree you receive will have clean, green foliage (without browning), branches fully covered in foliage, a conical shape with one straight leader, and be free from weeds and debris.Needle drop is a natural occurrence, but the Nordmann Fir is a low-drop variety with excellent needle retention. Upon delivery, please check the quality of your tree. To prolong its life, avoid placing it near direct heat sources like radiators, log burners or open fires, and water it regularly, treating it like a cut flower.When choosing your tree, consider the space in your home, noting that a Nordmann Fir can be around 1-1.5 metres wide at the base once de-netted. Trimming is possible if desired. Please remember that as seed-grown trees, each one is unique in shape and appearance, and sizes are approximate.If you have any delivery concerns or issues with your tree, please contact us via email with your order details, a description of the issue, and a photograph. As live trees are exempt from Distance Selling regulations as a living product, we can only manage queries for missing, faulty, or damaged trees. If there is an issue with the tree, you will need to dispose of it, as our carrier cannot collect it from a domestic location. All our live trees are exempt from our standard returns policy.Once an order has been received, cancellations are not possible, as our suppliers will have already picked, packed, and processed the tree.
