HALF DAY Excursion - Noto BAROQUE

Noto (Nuòtu in Sicilian) Noto is 31 km from Syracuse and is located in the southwestern part of the province at the foot of the Iblei mountains. Its coast, between Avola and Pachino, gives its name to the gulf of the same name. Episcopal seat, defined the "capital of the Baroque" [3], in 2002 its historic center was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, together with the other late Baroque cities of the Val di Noto.
