The absorbent agent is buoyant and, thanks to its immediate effectiveness, is ideally suited for professional use for spreading on and absorbing hazardous substances in case of leaks and contamination. The absorbent agent has a grain size of 0.125 - 4.0 mm and a low bulk weight of approx. 175 g/l. This means the absorber can be easily applied and evenly distributed. Its hydrophobic and oleophilic properties enable the targeted absorption of oil and oil-like substances without binding water. The absorber works within seconds and demonstrates a high absorption capacity for a wide variety of substances such as fuels, a large number of acids, lubricants, paints, non-stabilised emulsions, brake fluids, coolants, antifreeze agents, aerosols or alkalis.
