‘The Revival Release’ from the London Distillery Company was crafted from Plumage Archer heritage barley and matured in a combination of the distillery’s remaining refill barrels and 1st fill sherry casks. Bottled in April 2025.. To create Renascence, the Whisky Maker has selected a sympathetic combination of the remaining ‘legacy casks’ that were produced and laid down during the distillery’s original operating period of 2011-2020. His goal throughout the whisky making process was to remain entirely faithful to the original spirit style produced by the company before its untimely closure. A style that sees heritage barley, 1920’s brewers’ yeast and traditional whisky production methods take centre stage – and results in a single malt that is unmistakably distinctive, deep and brimming with historical character..
