The result is a lively, fresh, and vibrant bubbly, perfect for summer afternoons with friends. Drink chilled in a sparkling wine flute. This is a classic English Brut that will work well by itself or in a party atmosphere, but also with a host of lighter dishes, such as summer salads, scallops, or sushi. Revitalising and crisp, this is a bright bubbly with aromatic notes of lemon zest and white apricots. With a couple of years on the lees, the mouthfeel is slightly creamy with lingering flavours of pear tart, but culminates with a citrussy freshness on the finish.
