A modern, easy‑drinking Pinot Grigio with vibrant freshness. Founded in 1998, Cantine Ermes is a leading Sicilian wine cooperative from the Valle del Belìce in Trapani. Created by local growers from Santa Ninfa and Gibellina, it was established to rebuild the region after the 1968 earthquake and to strengthen the local winegrowing community. Fresh aromas of citrus zest, green apple and white flowers. The palate is crisp and lively, showing bright orchard fruit, zesty lemon and a touch of saline minerality, finishing clean, refreshing and elegant.
