The catch? We can't tell you who makes it. This Chardonnay hails from Marlborough's Southern Valley vineyards planted in sheltered, warm sites, allowing the grapes to ripen fully while retaining freshness. The vines are low-cropping, producing fewer grapes per vine, resulting in richer, more concentrated flavours. Combine this with 10 months of ageing in neutral oak barrels, further developing the texture and flavours.
