The body is made with 99.1% pure British iron, with a unique handmade British oak handle that's removable (with a screwdriver) to allow for use on the barbecue or in an oven. The pan comes pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, meaning you can use it straight away - the flax coating is easy to clean, naturally non-stick, and can be simply restored at home if needed. PTFE & PTFOA free, with absolutely no chemicals.. Suitable for all types of heat source including induction, gas hob, aga, electric hob and open flame, this pan is available in three sizes: 8in (20cm), 10in (25cm) and 12in (30cm). It also comes with a spun iron lid.
