Hi everyone ! i'm Alfonso the owner of "CASA SCARICA ", where cooking lessons and home restaurant evenings are held. We use all local ingredients here are some garden ingredients that we will use during the exsperience:tomatoes and llemons.We want to convey to our guests all our passion for food and local specialties!  This will teach you how to make the most authentic italian handmade pasta, using fresh local seasonal products. We will cook all together following my instruction and we will eat three classic traditional dishes: homemade pizza-fresh pasta with tomato and basil and a dessert.
