In this class, we'll teach you the ways of creating your own home made cheese step by step , we will meet at my house in the heart of the medina then we start making our own cheese in my kitchen with different flavors. For example, cheese with paprika, Origano, thyme, rosemary, etc. Then I willteach you how we make Moroccan tea and we will enjoy a glass of mint tea with delicious cheese and warm variety of Moroccan bread and crepes .
