The pepper mill, crafted from PEFC™-certified beechwood that had once been discarded and has now been recycled, features a superior steel mechanism that comes with a lifetime warranty. When manufacturing our salt and pepper mills, some of the wood is discarded during the many quality control phases if it contains minor visual imperfections. However, the exceptional wood still retains its intrinsic qualities, which makes it suitable for upcycling. The body of the pepper mill is then sand blasted to create a textured finish and protected with a plant-based varnish. This process reveals the wood's natural, unique contours and gives this manual pepper mill its distinctive look. - Made in France - Pepper mill crafted from pieces of wood that have been discarded after painting and subsequently upcycled - Wood sourced from French PEFC™-certified forests - A coloured eco-friendly plant-based varnish - Textured finish on the wooden body produced by sandblasting - Mechanism carries a lifetime warranty - Grind adjustment button - Five-year warranty for the pepper mill - For grinding black, white, green, red, and pink peppercorns (up to 15% in a blend) as well as coriander seeds - Ready for use including organic, fair trade pepper with sweet fruity notes for an incredibly fresh taste
