This wood, which has been sourced from sustainably managed local forests, would have been rejected for other salt and pepper mills that are crafted to have a consistently uniform appearance. However, in spite of the minor visual imperfections, the intrinsic qualities remain intact and so the Paris Nature range of salt and pepper mills was created to ensure that none of our precious resources are wasted.
