Pasta cooking lesson in the garden

Starting with simple, authentic ingredients — local flours and eggs — you’ll learn how to make three different shapes of handmade pasta, just as the family tradition dictates. During the experience you will discover: the basic techniques of the dough, how to roll out and work the dough the secrets of forming made with your own hands and also how to prepare delicious matching sauces. Your Guide will follow you step by step and all participants will be involved in the preparations. The activity lasts about 2.5 hours and is designed to make you live an authentic, relaxed and full of flavors moment. The experience can be partly customized according to the needs of the group.
