Wild king salmon belly sashimi

Each pack contains one 100g strip of belly sashimi This is the oil rich belly cut from the salmon One 100g pack would be light starter for two or a small lunch These are belly cuts from our Canadian king salmon. They are much leaner and firmer than farmed salmon belly, verging on austere - this salmon was super fit!  We have limited quantities so oftentimes you'll find we're out of stock. But if you're on this page, you can expect us to be restocking within say a fortnight. Or, why don't you try a fillet steak or portion? - these are from the same fish and can equally be eaten raw.
