Pol Roger Rosé Vintage Champagne 2018/19

Pol Roger is one of Champagne’s most respected houses, famed for its commitment to traditional methods and family ownership. This vintage rosé is made in limited quantities from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, with a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay – and a small addition of still red wine for colour and structure. It’s refined and expressive, with notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant, rose petal and subtle biscuit. The palate is creamy yet fresh, with elegant bubbles and a savoury, dry finish. Excellent with duck, salmon, mushroom tart or even roast chicken.
