Penstemon barbatus var. praecox

Penstemon barbartus var. praecox boasts striking upright blooms, resembling spikes of colour from purple to pink. Stems become decorated with tubular blooms and look very natural, mingling among other perennials in borders and beds. Foliage forms loose clumps of semi-evergreen, dark green leaves.
