A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied, allowing for immediate top coating with your preferred paint or stain after installation. Easy self-assembly is possible with two to three people, following the provided instructions. Note that a flat, level base of sufficient size is required, assembly on grass, soil, or gravel is not recommended.
