Wolf Garten's Power Cut technology uses leverage and gearing to help minimise the amount of physical effort needed to complete a cut. Power Cut is designed in a star rating system which indicates the amount of power transmission of the mechanism; the higher the star count, the less strength is required to cut the same branch. RS900T loppers are part of the highest rated three-star series, meaning the cutting force applied by the operator is quadrupled. This means branches up to 50mm in diameter can be cut easily.
