The RAPID VTS 1520 HPC is a high-performance hot pressure washer built for demanding cleaning tasks. Powered by a 415-volt electric supply, it delivers a powerful 15 litres per minute flow rate at 3000 PSI (200 BAR). Its robust 100% 304 stainless steel construction – encompassing the chassis, cover, water tank, and boiler housing – ensures exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. This model features high-pressure chemical injection for deep cleaning, effortlessly tackling tough grime with its combination of hot water and high flow.The proven V-TUF XHDM400SS pump, a low-revving European design, boasts a heavy-duty crankshaft, hard-wearing ceramic plungers, and a brass pump head. Lubricated with V-TUF PRESSURE LUBE (PL500), featuring MSM for reduced friction and wear, its pump lube level is conveniently visible. Pressure is easily regulated via a readily accessible wheel directly on the pump. A high-efficiency double-pass heat exchanger, with a rapid 3-second purge time, delivers hotter water while optimising fuel consumption and ensuring clean combustion.Operation is simplified with a straightforward stainless steel control panel, featuring clear warning lights and a safe 24-volt low-tension electrical control system with IP56 protection. The integrated VTUF DPS (Digital Protection System) incorporates features such as a 30-second delayed auto-stop to minimise wear, a one-hour auto-shutdown for safety, low water and fuel cut-outs to prevent damage, and a water leak detection shut-off.
