Swirl pendant lamp - organically curved shape made of wood veneer The Swirl pendant lamp is designed as a swirl of intertwined wood veneer ribbons. When the luminaire is switched on, the fine grain of the wood becomes even more visible and the precise contours develop an exciting play of light and shadow. With its soulful character and presence, the Swirl pendant lamp immediately attracts attention and offers itself as a natural accent for different interior concepts. Swirl was designed by Ray Power and is a prime example of the Irish designer's approach to creating three-dimensional forms from thin layers. The wood veneer is shaped into its thin, elastic and transcendent form using the Timberlite® process by the manufacturer LZF-Lamps. The Swirl pendant light has already been awarded the Good Design Award in Chicago and the German Design Award Special in 2017 - with wood from sustainable, environmentally friendly forestry (FSC®-certified)
