Northern Oslo Wood floor lamp steel/black

Oslo Wood floor lamp - Topdesign from Norway Oslo Wood - a design by Ove Rogne, founded in 2005 by Northern Lighting, operating under the name Northern since 2018. It is equipped with a steel-coloured, three-dimensional metal tripod. A gimbal is attached to the top of the shade which allows it to be rotated in all directions. The shade consists of a structured, slightly transparent, black fabric. The fabric provides a cosy lighting atmosphere and the variable orientation ensures that the room atmosphere can be adapted to individual wishes. The name Oslo Wood was inspired by the trees in the centre of Oslo that filter the urban light. The light is subdued by the shadows and brings associations with the warm lights of the street lights which illuminate the sky on a dark winter night. The light can be regulated in its intensity using the built-in dimmer switch.
