The LEDs in the long, narrow lampshade are located behind a PMMA cover and therefore emit glare-free lighting that can be variably adjusted thanks to two sensor switches integrated into the top of the lampshade. The light colour of the light can be selected in three stages from warm white to cool white, and the light can also be dimmed continuously. One sensor can be used to switch the light on and off with a short wiping movement, while the other sensor changes the light colour with a wiping movement and starts the dimming process when the hand is held over the sensor, which is ended when the desired brightness is reached by removing the hand. The light is equipped with a memory function so that the selected light setting is saved and shines again the next time it is switched on.
