The plant is grown from seed and harvested within 4-6 months. The long fibres are spun into coarse, strong threads. After cotton, jute fibres are the most widely cultivated plant fibres. The company has been a partner of the WakaWaka Foundation since 2016. In doing so, It's about RoMi helps communities living off-grid to gain access to safe, sustainable solar energy.
