With plug and switch: Type 80 designer wall light from Anglepoise One of the latest creations by industrial designer Kenneth Grange is the Type 80 light series, which he designed in 2019 on his 90th birthday. Grange designed everyday objects of all kinds, from British intercity trains and Royal Mail letterboxes to kitchen machines and cameras from well-known manufacturers. Lights are only one category. However, at Grange this is also characterised by aesthetics and functionality. The Type 80 wall light's joint allows the lampshade to be adjusted. The special extra of this light, which otherwise focuses on simplicity, is the all-round light outlet in the lampshade, which not only provides directional lighting but also soft ambient lighting, creating a cosy ambience. This version of the wall light is also equipped with a supply cable plus plug and intermediate cord switch. This makes it particularly suitable for use as a reading lamp next to the bed or armchair.
