Middlesbrough FC has a proud history going back to when it was founded in 1876.FA Amateur Cup winner in 1895 and 1898, League Cup winners in 2004 and UEFA Cup finalists in 2006, Boro have graced England's top two divisions for most of their history during which time they have often led the way as football pioneers both on and off the pitch.
