This particular clone is a wild type distinct from the form of radicans seen in cultivation. We're not aware of this being grown in the UK outside of our collection. It would make a standout plant for any serious Anthurium collector.. Native to: Anthurium radicans is native to the tropical rainforests of Brazil, where it thrives on the forest floor under the dense canopy. This natural habitat provides the plant with the humid, shaded conditions it prefers.. Water: Water your Anthurium radicans thoroughly, ensuring the soil remains consistently moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top 2-3 cm of soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Proper drainage is essential to prevent root rot, which can occur if the plant is left in standing water.. Light: This Anthurium prefers bright, indirect light. Direct sunlight can scorch its leaves, so it is best placed in an area where it receives filtered light. It can tolerate lower light levels but will grow more robustly with sufficient indirect light, replicating the dappled sunlight of its natural environment.. Humidity: High humidity levels between 60% and 80% are ideal for Anthurium radicans.
