Sedum telephium 'Chocolate'

The flowers are highly attractive to pollinating insects on this low maintenance stonecrop which makes spreading carpets of fleshy, red-tinged leaves which will quickly colonise walls, border edges and rockeries. From mid to late summer, Sedum spurium Coccineum is smothered in clusters of hot pink, star-shaped flowers forming blankets of colour which provide useful groundcover in dry sunny spots on poor soil.  Height: 10cm (4in).
