Rhododendron 'Elsie Lee' (Azalea Group)

In late May, the frilly, double blooms of Rhododendron 'Elsie Lee' put on a wonderful show. This dense shrub has a low, spreading habit and requires very little maintenance, earning it an RHS AGM for its outstanding garden performance. This azalea is well-known for its enormous, lilac-mauve flowers, which are rare considering they are azaleas. This plant is ideal for cascading over low walls and rockeries, or for planting in a patio pot. Height: 60cm (24). Spread: 80 cm (31).
