Salix exigua

The Coyote Willow is a sturdy deciduous shrub with long, narrow leaves that look almost silvery in the spring because they are covered with fine downy hair that feels velvety to the touch when they first appear. Salix exigue's leaves mature to a grey green colour and form a dense thicket of growth, perfect for hedging or a garden screen.
