Acer palmatum 'Cascade Gold'

Acer palmatum 'Cascade Gold' features butter-yellow foliage blushed with carmine at the tips, creating a stunning spring spectacle. During summer the foliage transitions to bright green before unveiling a second spectacular show in autumn when it develops warm gold, orange and red tones. The deeply-divided foliage is displayed on gracefully weeping branches that cascade from a columnar main trunk.  Acer palmatum 'Cascade Gold' combines colour, elegant form and lacy texture to create a wonderful specimen tree for growing in a sheltered border or in pots. Acers are slow growing and make ideal specimens for small gardens and containers where they provide multiple seasons of interest. Height: 1.5m-2m (4-6ft).
