Follow up with 1 capsule after each loose bowel movement, up to a maximum of 6 capsules per day. Consult your doctor if diarrhoea lasts more than 48 hours. For IBS diarrhoea, adults 18 years and over should start with 2 capsules. After each loose bowel movement, take 1 capsule as advised by a doctor, up to a maximum of 6 capsules per day for up to 2 weeks for repeated attacks.
