The photographer, Miguel "Chromatic" Valencia, documents the landscape of the South East, North County, and South Bay neighborhoods where he grew up to represent the authentic and often unseen side of his community.This photo memoir includes interviews with members from those communities about the gang, drug, and prison experiences that define the narrative of their neighborhoods.
