Disc one features Mental Notes 1975, the bands bold and theatrical debut album, newly remastered from transfers of the original master tapes. Disc two presents Eddie Rayners dynamic new stereo mixes of Second Thoughts 1976, the UKrecorded follow up which set the stage for their international breakthrough. The third disc includes a remastered version of the albums original stereo mix. Disc four features The Beginning Of The Enz, a collection of the bands formative singles. The set concludes with Wide Angle Enz on disc five a trove of previously unreleased and rare material, including newly remixed live recordings from the bands 1975 Ormond Hall show, and rough mixes from the making of Second Thoughts recently uncovered in the Chrysalis archives. Five CDs housed in trifold sleeve within a rigid slipcase, accompanied by an obistrip, and a 40page booklet with a wealth of previously unpublished photographs, rare memorabilia, and commentary by Tim Finn, Eddie Rayner, Wally Wilkinson, Mike Chunn, and Phil Manzanera.
