Demon Records are delighted to announce the next reissues from Kim Wilde039s classic MCA years on LP again for the first time in more than 35 years.Now released on blue vinyl and as an eyecatching picture disc for the first time, Teases amp Dares was Kim039s fourth studio album, first released in November 1984 following a change of record label. It includes the singles 039The Second Time039 released in America as 039Go For It039, 039The Touch039, and 039Rage To Love039 both formats now come with the bonus tracks 039Lovers On A Beach039 originally the Bside of 039The Second Time039, and a cover of The Shirelles039 1962 song 039Putty In Your Hands039 the Bside of Kim039s UK No. 19 hit 039Rage To Love039.Taking Kim to a wider audience, 039The Touch039 featured in the 03985 romcom Secret Admirer, while album track 039Is It Over039 was included on the soundtrack of the comedy thriller Fletch.Teases amp Dares marked the first time that Kim received a sole writing credit for the tracks 039Fit In039 and 039ShangriLa039she was also credited with keyboards on both, and listed her as the album039s coproducer alongside father and brother Marty and Ricky Wilde. Other collaborators included Kim039s longtime guitarist Steve Byrd previously with rock giants Gillan, drummer Chris North once of prog rock outfit The Enid, and an appearance from indemand percussionist Andy Duncan whose many other credits in the 03980s included Linx, Wham, Elaine Paige, and Frankie Goes To Hollywood.
