The Q Max 11/16" Sheet Metal Hole Punch is designed for cutting mid-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge, making it ideal for smaller electrical installations, ventilation grilles, and precision fabrication work where a three-quarter-inch aperture is required. This versatile size bridges the gap between smaller and larger punch dimensions. Featuring heat-treated cutting edges with a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch delivers reliable performance whilst resisting rust in demanding workshop conditions. The special design ensures an even load during cutting, producing burr-free holes that need no additional finishing. Operation is straightforward: drill a pilot hole to clear the hexagonal screw, thread the die and screw through the metal, then tighten the die nut to cut cleanly through the material. Supplied individually boxed without a key. This punch requires a 7/32" hexagonal wrench, which should be ordered separately.
