Our online Safeguarding and Leadership Course is designed for all levels of operational managers, and aims to make sure that everyone involved in delivering and monitoring services to children, young people and their families is doing so with their safety and wellbeing in mind, and is training their staff in doing the same. Why take this safeguarding training for managers course? After completing the course, learners will know what is required to ensure that appropriate safeguarding training, monitoring and leadership is embedded throughout their organisation. This safeguarding leadership course is suitable for anyone involved in safeguarding, including managers, senior managers, advanced practitioners and supervisors who are required to manage performance and promote effective inter-agency practice. It would benefit managers at child protection units, as well as anyone involved in the specification, commission, monitoring and/or provision of services to children, young people and their families, to ensure they can deliver effective leadership in line with recommended safeguarding procedures. Certification On completing this safeguarding leadership course, you will be able to download and print a Virtual College certificate. Duration There are around 80 interactive screens to work through to complete the Safeguarding and Leadership Course, which should take you around two-and-a-half hours to complete. However, this does depend on your individual learning speed. Your progress will be recorded throughout. Are there any entry requirements?
