From this point, the order cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded. 2. Returns & Refunds:  As this product is manufactured specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is proven to be faulty, damaged in transit or not manufactured to the agreed specification. 3. Faulty or Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
