The York Warrior 2 in 1 Folding Barbell & Ab Bench with Curl is a very versatile home gym weight bench for developing strength and fitness. The 2 incline, 1 flat and 1 decline workout positions on the York Warrior Barbell bench are simple and easy to adjust between by moving the support bar at the back. The barbell retaining hooks provide protection whilst adding or removing weight plates.  The well padded detachable curl pad is great for dumbbell curl exercises and is easily removed when not required. The foam padded leg supports comfortably secure your feet and ankles underneath the bench so that you can focus on your workout. With the pad removed the bench converts to a sit up bench to work on your abdominal muscles and core strength. Combined with a York Fitness Dumbbell / Barbell set (available separately) makes a ideal package for home training.  The bench comes with an instructional wall chart showing the variety of exercises that can be performed on the bench.
